Play a lot of Golf but my first case was given to me by my daughter who owns a CrossFit Gym in Texas. This drink is good both before or after a round of golf. Hits the spot.

Took a chance getting one of these at a vitamin shop one day before heading out for golfing. Loved it. For someone who doesn't drink soda anymore, this is the perfect healthy replacement. I drink these at the office or during pre/post workout routine outside of the golf course.

My favorite flavors are the green and black cans but all are worth a try to see what your tastebuds fancy. A few of us joke at CrossFit about us spending more on Lifeaid drinks than our CF membership. Haha, probably not, but we’re all addicted to the deliciousness of these drinks.
