Shipping

You can view your tracking numbers under your My Account page. We also email your tracking numbers to you using the email address you provided when you placed your order. We strive to ship within 48 hours of your order being placed. 

If 48 hours has passed and you do not see tracking info, please check your spam folder — the email with your tracking number may be hiding in there.

Please note that we sometimes need to split shipments between our various warehouses. In such instances, you will get a tracking number emailed to you for each shipment. (Check your spam folder, if you're not seeing it in your normal inbox.)

If your entire order has shipped and the packing list in the box shows an item that is missing from the contents of your order, please email hello@fittrendz.com.au or call on 1300 137 354 and we can look into the issue right away. Our team is here to help!

Please always review the contents of your order immediately & thoroughly after receiving. If there are any issues/damages to item(s) in your order when received, please be sure to bring it to our attention within three (3) days of receiving so we can resolve the issue for you right away.

Note: If the courier driver is still there and you are able to refuse the package, please do so (as they are not supposed to deliver damaged packages).

Warranties & Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any unused product and unopened product.

All returns for refunds may incur a 20% restocking fee of merchandise costs. Returnable items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days from the initial date your order was delivered. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means if merchandise was originally in sealed packaging, it’s expected to be returned in the same way. Unsealed/used items are not resellable and, therefore, not accepted for refunds if returned.

No refunds will be offered for orders past 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.

NOTE: All returned merchandise that is opened, damaged or not in original packaging will be ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Please include email address, first and last name as well as order number on a note inside of the package.
