Smashed Chickpea Taco's
Can of chickpeas
Greek yoghurt & cheese
Heat pan, add oil, garlic, paste and Mexican mix the stir until fragrant. Add chickpeas and a bit of water so it thickens. Let it simmer for 3mins or so then take off heat and mash the peas, I left a bit chunky. Build your tacos using salads, add chickpea mash then top with yoghurt, cheese and bbq sauce
