1. Cream oil, PBfit and sugar together. 2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. 3. Add baking soda, powder and vanilla. 4. Stir in flour. 5. Roll into balls, roll in sugar. Flatten cookies, using a fork, in a criss-cross pattern. 6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 160c for 6-7 minutes!
