PB Crunch Cereal

This has got to be one of our favourite homemade cereal recipes made by the amazing @naturally_nina_using our very own PBfit Peanut Butter Powder. High fibre, gluten free + sugar free. It’s filling, crunchy, peanut buttery and very delicious indeed!

PB Crunch Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50g brown rice flour
  • 50g almond meal
  • 50g coconut flour
  • 50g PBfit Powdered Peanut Butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50g your choice of sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add almond milk and mix to form a crumbly dough.
  4. Press onto baking paper about 5mm thick, then slice into squares.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp, but careful they don’t burn!
  6. Allow to cool before serving
