​It wouldn't be Easter if we didn't start the week off with some delicious choc fudge protein balls 🙌 

These are a staple here at our HQ because they are so damn delicious + easy to make!

​Ingredients:
​2 scoop PROTEIN Switch Choc Sea Salt
​1/4 cup Cacao Powder
​2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
​2 tbsp Cashew Butter
​8 pitted Dates
​1/4 cup Coconut Oil
​1/3 cup Shredded Coconut (optional - to top)

​Method:
​Blend all ingredients well in a food processor.
​Roll into balls & coat with Shredded Coconut (if desired).
​Freeze to set & enjoy!
