It wouldn't be Easter if we didn't start the week off with some delicious choc fudge protein balls 🙌
These are a staple here at our HQ because they are so damn delicious + easy to make!
2 scoop PROTEIN Switch Choc Sea Salt
1/4 cup Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
2 tbsp Cashew Butter
8 pitted Dates
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/3 cup Shredded Coconut (optional - to top)
Blend all ingredients well in a food processor.
Roll into balls & coat with Shredded Coconut (if desired).
Freeze to set & enjoy!
